About the Owner

Antoinette Lafayette is the owner of Pink Frosting Cupcakes; she is a proud native of New Orleans, LA who relocated to Dallas, TX in 2005 with her husband of 24 years and two daughters. Antoinette is excited to bring the flavors of the Big Easy to Dallas with her signature creations such as her Big Easy Bananas Foster, Café Au Lait, French Quarter Bread Pudding, Pralines & Cream and Southern Sweet Potato Cupcakes. Antoinette's passion for cooking and baking is passed down from her grandmother who spent 27 years as an executive chef in New Orleans. It is her calling to follow in the footsteps of her late grandmother. With her B.S. degree in Business Management and her passion for baking, Antoinette has set out on a journey to create lasting memories one gourmet cupcake at a time.
